How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices because scope varies a lot. You get a fixed written quote within 2 working days of receiving the information we need, listing the scope, timeline, exclusions and payment dates. Short, fixed-scope projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Longer builds are billed by milestones agreed in the quote. Nothing is billed outside the quote without your written approval.
Can you redesign our existing site without losing Google rankings?
Yes. We inventory your pages, keep the ones that bring traffic, map every changed URL with a 301 redirect, carry structured data and metadata across, and monitor Search Console after launch. Our website redesign checklist explains each step.
How fast will the site be?
We agree a measurable speed target before the build, normally Google's "good" Core Web Vitals thresholds (Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds) in launch tests on a mid-range phone.
Which platform do you build on?
Usually a modern framework hosted on a fast platform, or WordPress where your team needs to edit pages themselves. We recommend one in the quote and explain why.
Who owns what you build?
Once the final payment is made, you own the bespoke work we create for you: designs, content and custom code. Our pre-existing tools and components, and third-party software and platforms, are licensed to you on their own terms, and the quote lists them.
Will you write the content?
We write it with you from a short interview, so it sounds like your business and states the facts search engines and AI assistants need.
What happens after launch?
30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work after launch. New features, content changes and changes caused by third-party services are quoted separately. Ongoing care is available through our website maintenance and support plans.
