Website check terms

What the check reads
The check visits the public home page of the website you enter, plus its robots.txt and sitemap. It identifies itself as “StudAIWorksScanner”, never logs in, never submits forms, and reads no more than one page per scan.
What it uses
- Google PageSpeed Insights, to measure loading speed on a phone.
- An AI model, which receives only the public text of the fetched home page and writes a short summary of it. The summary is labelled with the model's name and time, doesn't affect the score, and isn't evidence of what any AI assistant says about the business.
What we store
The results of each check, a short summary and the details found on the page (such as a public phone number or business name). We don't store a copy of the website.
Who can see a report
Each report is unlisted: it has a hard-to-guess link, and anyone who has that link can view it. Reports are marked noindex and blocked in robots.txt so search engines don't list them. Reports never show the email address of the person who ran the check, or our internal notes. Treat the link like any shared document: don't post it publicly unless you're happy for others to see it.
Emails
If you enter your email, we send you a copy of the report. That is not a subscription. We send occasional tips only if you tick the separate opt-in box, and every such email lets you unsubscribe. If you tick “contact me about these fixes”, we'll get in touch about your report once.
Accuracy
The check is an automated review of one page at one moment, following our published methodology. It is a guide, not a guarantee of how any search engine or AI assistant will treat a business.
Removing a report
Anyone can ask us to remove a report using the link on the report page, or by emailing hello@studai.one. We remove reports within 7 days.
Fair use
Please only scan websites you own, run, or have a reason to check. We limit how many scans each visitor can run.
