Real estate
Reach every property lead while they are still looking
In property, enquiries come from everywhere: portals, Meta and Google ads, your website, hoardings with a phone number and referrals. A buyer who fills in three enquiry forms on a Sunday evening is likely to talk first to whichever agent replies with something useful. We build the follow-up, qualification and routing that gets each lead to the right agent quickly, with the details that agent needs to have a real conversation.
What gets in the way
Leads land in five places at once
Portal emails, ad form submissions, website enquiries, WhatsApp messages and missed calls each arrive somewhere different. Some inboxes are checked hourly and some daily, and the same buyer enquiring twice creates confusion about who owns the lead.
First replies are slow
Agents are out on site visits, driving between properties or meeting sellers. Evening and weekend enquiries often wait until the next working day for any reply at all.
Agents call every lead the same way
Without knowing whether someone is buying or renting, their budget range, preferred areas and timeline, agents work the list top to bottom. A serious buyer can wait while an early-stage browser gets the first call.
Site visits fall through
Visits are agreed on the phone, noted in a personal diary and never confirmed. The buyer forgets, the agent drives out anyway, and nobody sent the location pin or the name of the person on site.
What we build
One CRM for every lead source
Portal lead emails, ad forms such as Meta lead ads, website forms and WhatsApp chats all feed one CRM. Duplicates are matched by phone number or email, and leads are assigned by project, area or team using rules you set, with round-robin within a team.
Workflow automation and CRM integrationA WhatsApp chatbot that qualifies, not judges
Asks the questions your agents would ask first: buy or rent, budget range, preferred areas, property type, timeline and whether finance is arranged. The answers go to the agent with the lead; the assistant never rejects anyone.
AI chatbots and WhatsApp automationSite-visit booking and reminders
Buyers choose from the assigned agent's free slots, receive the location pin and site contact, and get a reminder before the visit. The agent sees the booking in their calendar with the buyer's answers attached.
Workflow automation and CRM integrationBrochures and floor plans on request
When a buyer asks, the assistant sends the brochure, floor plan or price list your team has approved for that project, inside the WhatsApp customer service window, and logs what was sent so the agent knows before calling.
AI chatbots and WhatsApp automationProject and listing pages that answer questions
A page per project or listing with location, configurations, amenities, availability and any registration details your team confirms, plus an enquiry form that asks only what an agent needs for a first call.
Website design and developmentAd campaigns connected to the CRM
If you run Google or Meta ads, we connect each campaign to the CRM so every lead carries its source, and you can see which campaigns lead to site visits, not just form fills.
Google and Meta ads management
From a Sunday-evening portal enquiry to a confirmed site visit
An example workflow. Every build is tailored to your process.
A buyer enquires about a two-bedroom flat on a property portal at 8 pm on Sunday, and the portal's lead email reaches your inbox.
Within minutes the lead is created in your CRM, checked against existing contacts and tagged with the portal and listing.
The buyer receives an email acknowledgement with the listing details and a link to continue the conversation on WhatsApp if they prefer.
When they tap the link, the assistant asks about budget range, timeline and preferred areas, and offers site-visit slots from the assigned agent's calendar.
The agent is notified with the buyer's answers, the listing and the booked slot, and the visit appears in their calendar with the location pin.
The buyer gets a reminder the day before the visit, and the agent gets a prompt to log the outcome afterwards.

Guides
Can the assistant message every portal lead on WhatsApp straight away?
Only people who have opted in to WhatsApp messages from you, and then with a Meta-approved template to start the conversation. A practical alternative is an instant email acknowledgement with a link to continue on WhatsApp, which lets the buyer open the chat on their own terms. Our WhatsApp Business Platform guide explains the rules.
Which CRM should we use?
We start from the CRM you already use if it can do the job. If you do not have one, we compare a few options against your lead sources, team size and reporting needs, and you choose. Our CRM integration guide explains what to check.
Will the chatbot turn away buyers with a lower budget?
No. It asks questions and records the answers. How leads are prioritised is a rule your team sets and can change at any time, and every lead stays visible to a person.
Can agents keep using their own WhatsApp numbers?
They can, but conversations on personal phones are invisible to the business and leave when the agent does. A shared business number with a team inbox keeps the history with the company while still assigning each chat to one agent.
Do you guarantee more leads or sales?
No. We make sure the leads you already get are answered quickly and routed properly, and we show you response times and outcomes so you can judge the change yourself.
