A fixed written quote within 2 working days of receiving the information we need. Short, fixed-scope projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Longer builds are billed by milestones agreed in the quote.

How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices because scope varies a lot. You get a fixed written quote within 2 working days of receiving the information we need, listing the scope, timeline, exclusions and payment dates. Short, fixed-scope projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Longer builds are billed by milestones agreed in the quote. Nothing is billed outside the quote without your written approval.
Who owns what you build?
Once the final payment is made, you own the bespoke work we create for you: designs, content and custom code. Our pre-existing tools and components, and third-party software and platforms, are licensed to you on their own terms, and the quote lists them.
Do you build mobile apps?
We build responsive web applications that work well on phones and can be installed to the home screen. We don't currently offer native iOS or Android development.
What happens if we need changes mid-project?
We quote each change before doing it, so you decide whether it's worth it. Nothing is added to the bill without your written approval.
Can it work with our existing systems?
Usually, if they offer an API or export. We check during discovery and plan the build around what's possible.
What happens after launch?
30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work after launch. New features, content changes and changes caused by third-party services are quoted separately. Ongoing care is available through our website maintenance and support plans.
