We put it live and walk your team through it. Defects in the delivered work are fixed free for 30 days.
The price you agree is the price
Any change to scope is quoted before work starts. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Sprint delivery assurance
If we don't deliver the agreed sprint outputs, we refund the sprint fee. The agreed outputs are listed before the sprint starts.

30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work after launch. New features, content changes and changes caused by third-party services are quoted separately.
Questions about working with us
How quickly will we get a quote?
A fixed written quote within 2 working days of receiving the information we need. Larger or less defined projects may need a short paid discovery or our 5-day sprint before a fixed quote is possible; we'll say so plainly.
How do payments work?
Short, fixed-scope projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Longer builds are billed by milestones agreed in the quote. The quote states the currency and dates. Ongoing work is invoiced at the start of each month.
How do timezones work?
Our working day in Chennai overlaps the UK morning and most of the Gulf working day. For North America and Australia, we hold calls at the start or end of your day, and weekly demos are recorded so nobody waits on a meeting.
Who will build our project?
Every project is led by Paul Jeevanesan A., founder of StudAI One, who stays your single point of contact from the first call to launch.
What if we need changes during the build?
We quote each change before doing it. Nothing is added to the bill without your written approval.
Who owns the work?
Once the final payment is made, you own the bespoke work we create for you: designs, content and custom code. Our pre-existing tools and components, and third-party software and platforms, are licensed to you on their own terms, and the quote lists them.
What's covered after launch?

How do you handle our data?
We build and test with sample data, use only the data a feature needs, and are happy to work under your NDA and data-processing terms.
