Retail and ecommerce
An online store that sells, and answers the questions that stop a sale
Online stores and retailers with physical shops have two kinds of work: making the store itself fast, clear and easy to buy from, and answering the steady flow of questions that come with selling. Where is my order? Is this in stock in my size? Can I return it? We build and migrate stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom platforms, write product content that answers real questions, and automate routine customer conversations within each platform's rules.
What gets in the way
A store that is slow or hard to change
Themes weighed down with apps, product pages that take seconds to load on a phone, and an admin only one person knows how to use. Every small change turns into a project.
Thin product content
Supplier descriptions copied word for word, missing sizes, materials or care instructions, and no answer to the question a shopper actually has. Shoppers leave to ask somewhere else, or buy and then return.
'Where is my order?' on every channel
Order-status questions arrive on WhatsApp, Instagram and email, and each one means someone opening the admin, checking the courier and typing a reply.
Abandoned checkouts and missing reviews
Shoppers add to cart and leave, and happy customers rarely leave a review unless asked. Both need follow-up that respects consent and platform rules, or it causes more problems than it solves.
What we build
Store build or migration
New stores and migrations on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom platform, chosen on fit rather than habit. Migrations carry over products, customers, order history where the platforms allow it, and URL redirects so search traffic is not thrown away. Our Shopify vs WooCommerce guide sets out the trade-offs.
Ecommerce website developmentProduct content and search
Titles, descriptions, size guides and product FAQs written for shoppers first, with accurate structured data and clean category pages so search engines and AI shopping answers can understand what you sell. We fix what is holding pages back; we do not promise rankings.
SEO, local search and AI visibilityWhatsApp automation for order questions
Customers send their order number, the assistant checks it against your store and replies with the status and tracking link. Anything unusual, such as a damaged item or a refund request, goes to a person.
AI chatbots and WhatsApp automationAbandoned-checkout follow-up within the rules
On Shopify, a checkout counts as abandoned once it stays incomplete for more than ten minutes after the customer has given their email address, and recovery emails can be sent automatically (Shopify Help Center (opens in a new tab)). A WhatsApp reminder needs the customer's opt-in and a Meta-approved marketing template, so we add it only where both are in place.
Workflow automation and CRM integrationReview requests that follow Google's rules
A request after delivery, sent to every customer rather than only the ones you expect to be happy. Google's review policies (opens in a new tab) prohibit offering incentives for reviews and selectively asking for positive ones.
Workflow automation and CRM integrationLocal SEO for physical stores
An accurate Google Business Profile for each shop, store pages with hours and directions, and consistent details across directories, so local shoppers find the right branch. Our Google Business Profile guide explains the basics.
SEO, local search and AI visibility
Answering 'Where is my order?' on WhatsApp without opening the admin
An example workflow. Every build is tailored to your process.
A customer messages your store's WhatsApp number: 'Where is my order?'
The assistant asks for the order number and checks it against the phone number or email on the order, so it never shares one customer's details with another.
It looks up the order in Shopify or WooCommerce and replies with the current status and the courier's tracking link.
If the order is running past your stated delivery window, it gives the latest courier update and opens a ticket for your team.
If the customer mentions a damaged item, a wrong size or a refund, the chat passes to a person with the order details already attached.
Every conversation is logged, so you can see which questions keep coming up and fix them at source, for example with clearer delivery times on product pages.

Guides
Should we use Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build?
It depends on your catalogue, your team and how much control you need. Shopify is a hosted platform that is quick to run; WooCommerce runs on WordPress with hosting you manage; a custom build suits unusual pricing, B2B ordering or marketplace logic. Our Shopify vs WooCommerce guide goes into detail.
Can you migrate our store without losing search traffic?
We plan for it with a full URL map, permanent redirects, preserved product data and checks in Search Console after launch. Some movement in rankings after a migration is normal, and no one can promise there will be none. Our website redesign checklist covers the steps.
Can we send abandoned-cart reminders on WhatsApp?
Only to customers who have opted in to WhatsApp messages from you, using a Meta-approved marketing template. Email recovery through your store platform is usually the simpler first step. See our WhatsApp Business Platform guide.
Can the WhatsApp assistant process refunds?
We do not recommend it. The assistant can collect details and photos, check the order and route the request, but a person should approve refunds and exchanges.
Will you look after the store after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. Every project includes 30 days of defect fixes after launch, and ongoing maintenance covers updates, app and plugin checks, monitoring and small changes.
