How working together works
Working hours: your morning is our afternoon
India Standard Time is UTC+5:30 all year. The UK is on GMT (UTC+0) in winter and British Summer Time (UTC+1) from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October (GOV.UK (opens in a new tab)), so India is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A 10 am call in London is 3:30 pm in Chennai in winter and 2:30 pm in summer, so we schedule calls and demos in UK mornings and early afternoons.
Calls, weekly demos and written updates
The first conversation is a free 30-minute call at a time that suits you. During a project you see working software in a demo every week, not slides, followed by a short written update: what was done, what is next and what we need from you. Decisions are confirmed in writing, so nothing depends on anyone's memory of a call.
Data protection: UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which received Royal Assent on 19 June 2025; the ICO (opens in a new tab) says its provisions affecting data protection law and PECR are now in force. Because we work from India, giving us access to personal data counts as an international transfer under the ICO's transfers guidance (opens in a new tab), so we document where data is hosted and who can access it to help your data protection lead assess it. We start by looking at where your enquiries actually arrive today, often web forms, email and phone calls, and add WhatsApp or web chat where your customers use them. Marketing emails and texts fall under PECR, so consent and unsubscribe handling are built into forms and automations from the start.

No. We are based in Pallavaram, Chennai, and work with UK businesses entirely remotely, by video call, email and WhatsApp.
