Working hours: 1 hour 30 minutes apart
The UAE is 4 hours ahead of GMT all year (u.ae (opens in a new tab)) with no clock changes, and India Standard Time is UTC+5:30, so Chennai is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A 10 am call in Dubai is 11:30 am in Chennai. Most of your working day overlaps with the working day in Chennai.
Calls, demos and written updates
Projects start with a free 30-minute call at a time that suits you. During the build you get a demo every week and a written update after it, and because the overlap is long, a short call to settle a question can usually happen the same day. Every decision is confirmed in writing afterwards.
Data protection in the UAE
The federal personal data protection law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (opens in a new tab), came into force on 2 January 2022 and covers consent, individuals' rights and cross-border transfers. Financial free zones have their own regimes: the Dubai International Financial Centre has DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, and Abu Dhabi Global Market has the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 (opens in a new tab). Which applies depends on how your business is set up, so confirm with your adviser; we document where data is hosted and who can access it from India.

If your customers already message you on WhatsApp, we build around that: a business number with a team inbox, an assistant for routine questions and a CRM record for every chat, on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and within Meta's opt-in and template rules. The website still matters, because it is where people check that you are real before they message.

Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. We have no office in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or anywhere else in the UAE. We are based in Pallavaram, Chennai, and work with UAE businesses remotely, by video call, email and WhatsApp.
What hours can we reach you?

Can you work with our in-house team or another agency?
Yes. We can take one part of a project, such as the WhatsApp automation or the CRM implementation, while your team or another agency handles the rest, with responsibilities agreed in writing.
Do you provide website maintenance for Dubai businesses?
Yes, remotely. Website maintenance covers updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and small changes. We do not offer on-site support.
Can we use WhatsApp automation for marketing messages?
On the official WhatsApp Business Platform you can message people who have opted in, using Meta-approved templates outside the 24-hour customer service window. Local rules on marketing messages may also apply, so check with your adviser before a campaign.
