How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices because scope varies a lot. You get a fixed written quote within 2 working days of receiving the information we need, listing the scope, timeline, exclusions and payment dates. Short, fixed-scope projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Longer builds are billed by milestones agreed in the quote. Nothing is billed outside the quote without your written approval.
What's the difference between a care plan and development days?
A care plan keeps your current site safe and working: backups, monitoring, updates and minor fixes. Development days buy planned capacity for new work. They can be combined, but one doesn't replace the other.
Can you maintain a site someone else built?
Usually. We start with a short review of the code, hosting and plugins so the plan is realistic, and tell you plainly if a rebuild would be cheaper.
Do you maintain WordPress sites?
Yes, including updates, backups, security hardening and speed work, where the site's plugins and hosting allow safe maintenance.
How fast do you respond?
The response time for each type of issue is set out in your care plan. For general questions, we reply within one working day.
How do we stop?
Give one month's notice. We hand over everything: code, documentation and access.
