AI chatbot vs. a FAQ page: when you actually need one
Sometimes a good FAQ beats a bad bot. How to tell which you need.

When a FAQ page is enough
If your top questions are few and static, a good FAQ page beats a bad bot. You need an AI assistant when customers ask in their own words, expect an answer at midnight, or need it to *do* something — book, look up an order, qualify themselves.
The tell
If your "chatbot" just searches the FAQ, it's a worse FAQ. A real assistant reasons over your data and takes action, with a clean handoff to a human when it matters.
